The
food aims at satisfying the genuine traditions of the Venetian lagoon,
with fish as a principle ingredient, according to the season and availability
on the market. The first dish offers spaghetti, scampi and carciofi (
artichoke), linguine all'astice (lobster), linguine zucca and cernia (pumpkin
and grouper), tagliatelle alle seppie (cuttlefish). The second dish has
branzino alle verdure (bass and vegetables), orata al cartoccio (gilthead),
anguilla ai ferri (eel), frittura mista (mixed fry) and special passarini. |
